Services for Lois Leach Binning,will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday,June 18, 2015 at Rose-Neath FuneralHome in Mansfield, LA. Intermentwill follow at Highland Cemetery inMansfield.Lois Binning, a life-long residentof Mansfield, passed away Monday,June 15 after a lengthy illness. Loiswas born Oct. 1, 1926 to Eula andWillie Leach. She is preceded in deathby her parents; her husband, EugeneL. Binning, Jr.; her son, Larry W.Binning; brother, Doyle D. Leach;sister, Joyce Aline Carlisle; and greatgrandsons: Elijah Doc, Jaxon Cree,and Haiz Patrick Durr.She is survived by her daughter, Joy Lawson of Mansfield; daughter-in-law, Lynda Binning Laffitte of Stonewall; her grandchildren: Brad Binningand wife Jenny of Daphne, AL, and Shanna Durr and husband Pat ofShreveport.

Funeral services honoring the life of Michael Defee Nash, 67, wasat 11:00 AM, Friday, May 29, 2015, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, where Reverend Steve Sallis officiated. Burialfollowed at First Community Church Cemetery in Mansfield. The family received friends at Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield from10:00 AM until time of service on Friday, May 29, 2015.Michael was born September 20, 1947 to Pete and Opal Nash inRuston and went to be with his Lord on May 26, 2015 in Shreveport.Preceding Michael in death was his father Pete Nash.Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son Keith Nash;mother Opal Nash; ex-wife Janet Nicholson Nash.Honoring the life of Michael as pallbearers were Bill Smith,Randy Sallis, Joe Craig Fleniken, Mike Smith, Frankie Marshall, andHulon Sistrunk. Honorary pallbearers were Gus Hall, TommySimmons, and Sharon Porter.

Varice was raised in Shreveport, LA. She found God at an early age and married the late Bonnie Parrott. Six children were born to this union; the late Sam Henry Parrott, Maple Lowery, Bonnie Hamilton (William), Eavory Evans, Gwen Schrader (James), andJosephine Booker. She loved to care for others and dedicated her lifeto helping care for the ill and less fortunate. She was a faith ful employee of Community Bank for more than twenty years and Mansfield Motors and DeSoto Parish. She went home to be with the Lord on May 31, 2015 while with family in Houston, TX. Funeral arrangements will be June 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Northwest Auditorium in Mansfield, LA.
