Funeral services honoring the life of Arthur Roy Page, 75, were at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield where Reverend Larry Pridmore officiated. Burial followed at Highland Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home on Monday, August 10, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral home from 5-7 P.M. Roy was born June 21, 1940 in Benson, LA to J.D. Page and Lucille Evelyn Parker. Preceding him in death are his parents J.D. Page and Lucille Parker; brothers, Jesse Page, and Carl Parker. Those left behind to cherish his memory his wife, Betty S. Page; son, Timothy Roy Page and wife Misty; Daughter, Lori Lafitte and husband Jaimy; sister, Dorothy O. Murray; brother, Earl Parker; grandchildren, Page Lafitte, Meagan Daniels and husband Brian, Kati Lafitte, Breana Giannola, Amanda Cox, Ashlynn Cox, Jakob Cox; great grandchildren, Alaney Daniels, and Maebrie Daniels.

February 26, 1937 - July 27, Born February 26, 1937 in Mansfield La. to Roy and Palma Laffitte. He will be missed by his wife of 57 years Catherine, his son Michael, daughter in law Rebecca, grandsons Jacob, Jordan, and great grandson Anden. Jimmy is also survived by his only sister, Patsy Chamberlin, and his niece Patrice Chamberlin, both of Carmel Louisiana, along with numerous other family, and friends. He is preceded in death by his youngest son Joseph Laird. This date July 27th has always been important to Jimmy and Patsy, as this is their Father's birthday and Parents wedding date. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Josephs Catholic church in Mansfield Louisiana on Friday August 14th at 1:30 PM. Reception will immediately follow at the church hall. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Josephs Church for Immaculate Conception Carmel Cemetery

Burial followed at Union Springs Cemetery in Converse. The family received friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. Syble was born December 31, 1918 to Tiny Ethel Magness Booker and Willis Jason Booker who resided in the Oak Grove and Hunter community of DeSoto Parish. She passed away July 29, 2015 in Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Houston, J.F., Edgar and Boone Booker; two sisters, Willie B. Booker Coleman and Evelyn Booker Hensley; two husbands, Willard A. Lum and Elzy Smith; son Charles Alwyn Lum; grandson Jason Edward Lum; and sonin- law, Kelly Leon Campbell.

Doyle was born on May 19, 1940 to his parents Larry and Edith Cobbs. Preceding Doyle in death are his parents Larry and Edith Cobbs. She taught one year at Northwestern State Collegeand for five years at Louisiana State University.

Pallbearers will be Jackie Hilton, Doug “Slo” Smith, James Foshee, JimEdwards, Quint Gillespie and Gerald Laffitte. Honorary Pallbearers includeRichard Z. Johnson and Doug Young. Alice fought a hard fight with health issues these past few years but justkept going with her zest for life and love for her family. She left for herspiritual home on June 17, 2015.
