Mayor Katherine Freeman has reported that the Logansport Water System is currently in violation of the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for haloacetic acids as set forth by the Federal Primary Drinking Water Regulations (40

Over the years, they have owned numerous wagons and buggies and have traveled  widely participating in “wagon train rides”. Voters Elect Evans as DeSoto DA; Burgess re-elected Judge

The November 4 election’s final tally has named Gary Evans as the victor over incumbent Richard Z. Johnson, Jr., with Evans garnering 5,001 votes, or 52.45%, of the vote to Johnson’s 4,534 votes, or 47.55%. Evans,
who was the Chief Deputy District Attorney until July 15 of this year, ran a tough advertising campaign against Johnson, which seemed to pay off for him at the polls.
