Alfred Roy “Jack” Jones, 78, died February 6 at his home in the Woodsprings Community. He had suffered massive infections from three back surgeries, complicated by Multiple Myeloma. He was predeceased by his parents, Elroy and Mildred Jones, much beloved son, Ronald Lee Ennis, M.D., Brother-in-Law, Richard Lawrence, precious feline, “Bob”, and equine, “Shahz”. He is survived by his wife, Marietta Hodges, son, Michael Duane Ennis and wife Melody, Brotherin- Law, Watson Scott Hodges and wife Linda, Sister-in-Law, Rebecca Lawrence, grandchildren; Loren, Haley, Maxwell and Sarah. Jack was a Master Carpenter by trade. At the time of his retirement, he was the Apprenticeship Training Director for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners. An avid aviation “buff” in his younger days, he held Commercial Pilot and Instrument Pilot ratings.
