Bells all over the Mansfield area were scheduled to ring remembering the soldiers that gave the ultimate sacrifice 150 years ago, on both sides, during the American Civil War

Construction Progressing on Sabine River Bridge Hwy 84 Project

The construction project to replace the U.S. 84 Sabine River Bridge at the Texas/Louisiana state line continues with little to no impact to the traveling public at this time. Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Spokesman Kathi White said, “For the safety of themselves and workers, motorists are reminded to use caution when driving through the work zone.”
