Funeral services honoring the life of Johnny Johnston, 64, were at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield which Reverend Dean Register officiated. Burial followed in O.
E. Price Cemetery in Logansport. The family received friends at Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM. Johnny was born in Monticello, AR to John Johnston and Flossie Bradley Taylor and passed away in Natchitoches, LA. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents John Johnston and  Flossie Bradley Taylor; and sister Glenda Proctor. The left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years

Gordon  Eads officiated. The burial followed at  Grand Cane Cemetery. The family eceived friends at Rose-Neath Mansfield on Saturday, December 27, 2014 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. DeLynn was born in Pleasant Hill to Alvin and Annie Carroll Wells and passed away in Mansfield. DeLynn was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mansfield. Curtis Neal Hensley, 76, went to be with Jesus on December 14, 2014 in Shreveport. He was born on October 11, 1938 in Mansfield. He loved to hunt, fish and camp. He married Johnnie Faye Booker on March 1, 1963. Curtis graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1957. He served in the Marines. He was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Joaquin. Curtis is preceded in death by his parents Clayton and Lizzie Belle Chreene Hensley better known as Ma.; sisters Amy Smith, Ruby Cunningham, Helen Fields, Reba Rogers, Willie Mae Hensley, Hattie Hensley, and Hazel Hensley; brothers Mervin Hensley, Harvey Hensley, William Hensley and an

Graveside service for Marguerite Shahan Griffin was at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Cool  Springs Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Butler officiating. The  family received friends at Rose- Neath Funeral Home in
Logansport on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM. Marguerite was born February 19, 1922 to Henry and Beatrice Williams Shahan in Logansport and passed away December 15, 2014 in Carthage, TX.
She is preceded in death by her husbands Claude E. Griffin, Sr. and Marvin Burns; son George Raymond Hogg; parents, and brothers Benton Shahan,  Cleveland Shahan, Buster Shahan, Don Shahan, Harold Shahan, and Wendell Shahan. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons Robert Hogg and wife Lisa, Donald Hogg and wife Lavenda, Steve Hogg, Cleve Hogg and wife Patti, Claude Griffin, Jr, and Danny Griffin and wife Kim; 17
grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Mary Ann Burchfield Nelson, 69, of Bossier City, Louisiana passed away on December 7, 2014 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born February 13, 1945 in Greenville, Ms. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vida Dempsey Burchfield and Charles Phillip Burchfield Sr., her brothers, Charles Phillip Burchfield Jr. and Edward Earl Burchfield, and her late husband Jimmy Dale Nelson Sr. She is survived by her  siblings, Quinton Burchfield, Nelson Burchfield, Nancy Ingram, Sherry Moffett, Phyllis Wilkerson, Judy Danysh, Jo Kathy Gilbreath, Raymond Paul Burchfield, Penny Brown, Michael Wayne Burchfield, and Teri Blackmon , her children, Jimmy Dale Nelson Jr., Stephen R.
