Steve Casey Announces

Article Image Alt Text
Steve Casey of Stonewall is announcing his candidacy for the Louisiana House of Representatives, District 7. This  seat is currently held by Representative Richard Burford, who is presently seeking a seat in the Louisiana Senate. Though this is Casey’s first bid for public office, he is certainly no stranger to the political scene. He and his wife, LaBetha, have been actively involved with political affairs dealing with moral and social issues for many years. Casey is a conservative voice that has often been heard on issues such as the sanctity of life and the traditional family. He believes that, as was stated by President George Washington, “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.”
