Manchester, TN Neil E Dillard Memorial services honoring the life of Neil E Dillard 42, was held Wednesday, October 18th, 2017 at 10 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home, Tullahoma,TN. Neil was born November 19, 1974 in Shreveport, LA and entered into rest Saturday, October 14th in Manchester, TN. A native of Gloster, LA. Neil enjoyed playing pool, crafts & playing his guitar. Neil is survived by his children, Jeremy and Trinity Dillard of AL. Father, Ron Dillard and his wife, Phyllis of Murfreesboro, TN. Mother, Carolyn Frantz and her husband, John of Beechgrove, TN and brother, David Dillard of Nashville, TN. Grandparents, Sue and Martin Lingle of Florien, LA and Josie Middlebrook of Gloster, LA and numerous aunts uncles and cousins.

DENHAM SPRINGS, LA— Funeral services honoring the life of Mrs. Lovella Burr Iles, 90, was held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA with Rev. Delman Rogers officiating. Burial followed at Old Union Cemetery in Converse, LA. Visitation was held for friends and family on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 5 till 8 pm. Lovella was born on March 20, 1927 to Charles and Pearalee Ross Burr and passed away on October 21, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Iles, Sr.; her parents, her son, Rodger Dale Ford; sisters, Ruby Brown, Trudy Rogers, Ruth George, Inez Scott, Marie Antee, Thelma Phillips, and Gertrude Bennett; brothers, Arthur, Huey, Gathel, Walter, Guy “Burton”, and Dewey Burr; and son-in-law, Lee Bryant. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, David M. Iles, Jr.

Mr. Terry Wolf

GRAND CANE, LA--Funeral services honoring the life of Mr. Terry Wolf, 75, was held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield, LA with Reverend Owlan McLaren officiating. Burial followed at Grand Cane Cemetery in Grand Cane, LA. The family received friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 6 PM till 8PM. Terry was born on June 26, 1942 to Walter J. and Mary Pyskaty Wolf and entered into rest on October 25, 2017. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a plumber for 40 plus years. He enjoyed turkey hunting, coon hunting/trapping, fishing, raising pigeons, bee keeping, and working with stained glass. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jimmy F. Walker

Services for Jimmy Frank Walker, 62, was held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Stanley, La. The family received visitors at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church until service time. Officiating will be his pastor, the Reverend Richard Tull. Jimmy passed away peacefully Thursday night at his home after losing his battle with cancer. Jimmy was a quiet, gentle man but was an adventurer at heart. He loved to travel and explore new places. He worked the coffee bean plantations in Mexico and eventually made his way to the Yukon in Alaska. He also loved the water and had a lifelong dream of sailing around the world in his sail boat. Unfortunately, it was a dream that never came to fruition. Jimmy was an avid gardener and loved raising heirloom vegetables and sharing them with others. From the time he was just a small boy he loved raising chickens.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Melonie Ryals Wiley; brothers, Jack Ryals and Tommy P. Ryals; sisters, Clara Ryals George, Marjorie Ryals Paul and Dorothy Ryals Gamlin; sonin- law, Edward Montz; father-in-law, Sherman Page and mother-inlaw, Betty Page.

Frances was born on September 28, 1929 to Preston and Manilla Hilton Grantham and entered into rest on October 16, 2017. Preceding Frances in death are her husband of 65 years, Edward Atwood; her parents; and her sisters, Doris Hooper and Mary Grantham.

Hayes Wilkins, 98, was held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 21, 2017 in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Mansfield with Reverend Thumper Miller and Reverend Bob Latham officiating. Interment was held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, October 21, 2017 on the grounds of Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery in El Dorado, AR under the direction of Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel. The family welcomed guests for visitation Friday, October 20, 2017 from the hours of 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Mansfield Chapel. Mr. Wilkins was born September 29, 1919 in Bearden, AR to the late Robert Alex and Docie Elizabeth Mays Wilkins and was called to dance with the angels on October 17, 2017 in Shreveport, LA. He was an avid black jack player at the El Dorado Casino and bridge player always taking pleasure in winning big. Mr. Wilkins was a Master Sergeant of the 90th Division serving in European theatre and a member of the El Dorado Masonic Lodge #13 in El Dorado, AR.

Cecilia Annie Keilberg Snyder

Cecilia Annie Keilberg Lewis Snyder of Mansfield, Louisiana, passed peacefully into the hands of our Lord on Friday, October 20th, 2017 at 94 years of age. Cecilia was born on September 7, 1923 in Pin Oak, Texas. Cecilia was devoted to her family. A firstborn child and descendant of German immigrants, she was raised on a 160-acre cotton farm. She found immense joy in attending school every day and found particular delight in mathematics, reading and spelling and enjoyed her favorite pastime of dancing to the popular music of that time. Knowing what it meant to live and work on a farm during the dark days of the Great Depression, she developed a deep sense of appreciation for the “good times.” Later in life, she would hold the attention of her grandchildren with the stories of her childhood leaving an indelible and lasting impression of the sacrifices that were made and the lessons that were learned.

Burial followed at O.E. Price Cemetery in Logansport, LA. The family received friends at Rose- Neath Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 6PM till 9PM. Charles was born on February 22, 1927 to Charles William Dearman and Harriet Dearman Crouse and entered into rest on October 9, 2017. He served honorably in the Army/Air Force during WWII and the Army during the Korean War. He retired from Dow Chemical Company, enjoyed woodworking, and gardening. Most of all he enjoyed his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Malloy, Jack, Tim, Fred and Billy Dearman; and his sisters, Irma Dearman, Virgie Rascoe, Katherine Wixen, Helen Besselman, and Hettie Alford.
