Mayor Travis Whitfield has announced that the Keachi Heritage Foundation will host their annual Fourth of July celebration complete with fireworks. The public is cordially invited to join area residents at “The Old Plantation Store” at the crossroads of Highways 5, 172 and 789. The Pink Ribbon Pop Up mobile unit will be in the Walmart parking lot in Mansfield on Tuesday, June 30 from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Offerings included at the event are breast health screenings (no cost mammograms), breast health outreach and education, other health screenings and free t-shirts, prizes and gift cards.
