On Friday, April 14, the DeSoto Parish Chamber of Commerce welcomed Cloud’s Plant Nursery to the business community of Stonewall and the parish. The owners are Mark Cloud and Corrie Nichols, and they look forward to taking care of their customers’ bedding plants and landscaping needs.

Corrie stated that she’s always enjoyed working with plants and helping things grow. God has blessed her with a green thumb and the love of nature, so it just seemed like this was the time to take the big step into owning her own plant nursery.

There are several greenhouses and displays at their location, full of bedding plants, shrubs, flowers and vegetables. They can help advise you with suggestions of the type of plants you need whether it be annual, peri-annuals, etc. and something that does well in the shade, partial shade, or full sun. The prices are very reasonable with Corrie and Mark trying to keep expenses budget friendly.
