Barbara, 71, was called home to her heavenly savior on March 25, 2019. Her devotion to family and a firm faith in God along with being surrounded by family and friends ultimately gave her peace in her final days. Barbara married her best friend, Donald Lee Toutcheque. They were married for over 55 years. They shared a beautiful life together with strong family values. She protected her family through her prayer and faith in Jesus Christ. She was a spiritual mentor and prayer warrior; especially to her many grandchildren. Her faith overflowed as blessings onto all who met her. She had a servant’s heart. She loved to entertain family and friends in their home for dinner or coffee. Her spirit and smile were radiant and captured the hearts of all who met her. She was kind and soft-spoken, and always had time to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how small. One of her favorite past times was participating in Bible study and fellowshipping with other believers. She is survived by her husband, Donald Sr.; 4 sons, Donald Jr. and wife Tracy; Jeffrey and wife Jodi; Sidney and wife Kelly; Larry and wife Mauri; 17 grandchildren;11 great grandchildren; brother, Wayne Howell; and a host of extended family. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Jefferson “Pop” and Doris Howell; father and mother-inlaw, Hewell and Dorothy Toutcheque; and many other extended family.
